    The Chartering Process

    1. Perform Initial Evaluation

The first step in identifying the best charter option for each client is to understand their needs and requirements. Our team is able to assist clients who seek a charter operator capable of meeting both ongoing contractual charter requirements as well as clients who are looking for one-time charter. We also welcome clients with special requirements such as aircraft models and designs. Understanding our clients needs allows us to survey the market and offer recommendations that are best suited for each client.

    2. Identify Charter Operators and Make Recommendations

Once the initial assessment of the client’s needs is complete, Essex reviews the market to identify potential charter operators that are best suited to match our client’s needs. During the search, our first consideration is typically geography, as clients will usually prefer to fly to and from a primary location. We then present our recommendations to the client.

    3. Perform Due Diligence

Once one or more operators have been identified, we perform industry-based due diligence, ensuring that our clients have a full understanding of each provider so that they are able to make a confident and informed decision. Our goal is to offer education and guidance so that our clients feel comfortable and safe with their chosen charter operator. Once a final decision has been made, the client would contract directly with the operator for each specific trip. We remain available to our client’s as needed to assist with any questions or issues that may come up.
