Mr. Lee Rohde is the founder, President and CEO of Essex Aviation Group, Inc. (Essex), a broad-based business and private aviation aircraft acquisition and consulting firm located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Lee brings over 30 years of experience in financial and operational analysis, manufacturing, distribution and corporate business development. He advises aviation related clients on a wide range of aircraft acquisition, strategic planning, financial, operational and management matters.

Mr. Thomas W. Mitchell, Executive Vice President of Essex Aviation Group, Inc. brings nearly 40 years of experience in the business aviation industry. Specifically, Tom’s experience has been in flight operations, technical support, aircraft management and numerous projects that integrate private aircraft support of both business and personal use.

He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Studies with a concentration in Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Business Administration. In addition, Essex is often called to represent the lender during a lease return process for which technical representation is required to ensure the terms of a leased aircraft are properly realized.
