Essex Attends Business Aviation Convention

September 18, 2018, (PORTSMOUTH, NH) — Essex Aviation looks forward to attending the 2018 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), which will take place October 16¬-18 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

The annual NBAA-BACE is the sixth largest tradeshow in the U.S. and draws, on average, over 25,000 business aviation professionals. Hosted by the National Business Aviation Association, the three-day event includes special events, educational sessions and over 1,100 exhibitions from world-class aviation product and service providers, as well as the largest static aircraft display at Atlantic Aviation at the Orlando Executive Airport.

Lee Rohde and Tom Mitchell of Essex Aviation have been attending the conference, which consistently brings together key aviation contacts from around the world, including current and prospective business aircraft owners, manufacturers and customers, for decades. In years past, the NBAA-BACE has provided Essex with valuable opportunities to meet with industry partners, learn from vendors and service providers, arrange meetings between clients and current and prospective vendors, and show clients new and pre-owned aircraft available at the static aircraft display.

“Tom and I look forward to this conference every year,” said Rohde, President & CEO of Essex Aviation. “It’s a great opportunity to network and connect with those whom we work with in the industry and to continue to grow and enhance those relationships. It also enables us to stay current on new products and to review services showcased by both new and longstanding partners.”

This year’s event features an exciting lineup of presenters and dynamic panel discussions, covering relevant issues including:

  • An overview of the current state of the business aviation industry
  • How CORSIA regulations will affect the business aviation industry and the necessary steps for compliance
  • New concepts, vocabulary and insights on the subject of aviation risk management
  • How to properly vet transactions to maintain compliance and identify risk before it affects your business

The team at Essex hopes you will join us at what promises to be an exciting event. If you plan on attending NCAA-BACE and would like to schedule time to talk with either Lee or Tom, please reach out to us — we’d be happy to arrange a meeting at a time that is convenient for everyone’s schedule.
