At the core of Mike’s professional ethos lies a commitment to transparency and integrity — qualities he considers the heart of Essex Aviation’s philosophy. Mike’s previous management and leadership positions include Manager of Charter Sales for PrivatAir; President and Co-founder of Infinity Aviation Group and Vice-President of Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions at FirstFlight; and Vice President of Aviation Sales with Signature Aviation (formerly Meridian Air Charter). At Meridian, Mike created and expanded a national team of aviation sales professionals responsible for growing revenue in such diverse areas as Aircraft Management, Retail Charter Sales, Client Development and Fuel Sales. He also created and managed multiple fleets of business and charter jets based throughout the U.S.

A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Studies with a concentration in Management and an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Business Administration. Today, he enjoys speaking with aviation students and pilots in training and imparting some of the wisdom he’s gained throughout his career. He takes great pleasure in giving back, recognizing that successful individuals often stand on the shoulders of those who came before them.
