Essex Aviation Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a 2013 Dassault Falcon 7X for a multi-national public corporation that Essex has provided on-going aviation consultation and support service for several years. One of the larger aircraft in the Falcon fleet, this 7X has a maximum seating configuration of 14, which was desired by the client to support their defined missions and requirements. The aircraft was purchased to replace their current Falcon 2000EX EASy, as the company’s continued growth required a longer range and larger passenger capacity aircraft.
Essex Aviation represented the client throughout the entire transaction process, which was initiated after Dassault’s pre-owned aircraft group contacted Essex directly about this particular 7X based on Essex’s prior communications with them about their client’s specific needs and requirements. Essex Aviation completed the initial visual inspection, negotiated an offer to purchase and purchase agreement, managed the pre-purchase inspection, the exportation off the Bermuda registry and the transfer onto the U.S. registry. Once the aircraft was acquired, Essex Aviation also worked with the client’s current flight department staff and the aircraft management company to ensure compliance with conformity requirements and completed the on-boarding process for the aircraft.
